Introducing our pioneering workforce development initiative tailored specifically for Native American women. Immerse yourself in a transformative 5-week, in-person training experience nestled within the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation at the Red Cloud Renewable Energy Center.

Throughout this immersive program, participants will delve deep into the intricacies of solar installation and solar energy, equipping themselves with the knowledge and skills needed to propel their careers within the dynamic solar industry. Our approach ensures comprehensive support, with a dedicated 8-month commitment that includes ongoing mentoring, guidance, and resources.

At the heart of our program are the passionate and dedicated women instructors, the majority of whom are Native American. Their expertise, coupled with a nurturing environment, fosters an atmosphere of inclusivity and empowerment.

We understand the importance of removing barriers to participation, which is why we provide essential support such as food, housing, travel stipends, and even childcare stipends, ensuring that no obstacle stands in the way of your success.
