On Earth Day—April 22, 2025—Red Cloud Renewable was honored to host our first-ever Inaugural Earth Day Wacipi. And what a beautiful day it was! From the moment the drum started to the final round dance, it was a celebration filled with community, culture, and climate awareness. We gathered under the sun to learn about the power of renewable energy—like solar and weatherization—while also honoring Unci Maka, Mother Earth, through prayer, song, dance, and shared meals.
It was an amazing turnout, and we are so grateful to everyone who showed up to celebrate and learn with us. A huge thank you to the dancers and drummers who brought the circle to life, the vendors who showed up with love and support, and to our generous sponsors (linked below) who helped make this all possible. Together, we honored the land, each other, and the future—and we can’t wait to make this an annual tradition.
