Solar Energy Education

We provide industry standard workforce development and training courses in solar energy installations. These courses are known as the "Pre-Apprenticeship Readiness Program" or "Pre-ARP."

Our solar energy workforce education program is open for Native Americans from all tribes who who are interested in bringing clean, renewable energy and high paying jobs to their communities.

In our Pre-ARP training program, we provide a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience for tribal members interested in learning photovoltaic (PV) installation. Our team of experienced instructors guide students through the process of installing solar panels, covering topics such as electrical wiring, system design, and safety protocols.

Throughout the program, students have access to state-of-the-art equipment and tools, as well as ample opportunities to practice their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our goal is to equip Native individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to confidently and safely install PV systems, so they can enter the lucrative green job force.

Upon completion of the program, students receive a certification that demonstrates their proficiency in PV installation. This certification is highly regarded in the industry and can open doors to new career opportunities.
